Best HERS Score Award Participant
The RGVBA will directly contact your rater for certification verification. Certificate is required to be eligible for “Best HERS Score Award”.
Copy of Certificate Due: July 11, 2025.
Rules and Regulations
Note: Please read Rules & Regulations regarding participation in the Parade of Homes. Sign and date at the bottom.
Registration fees will be returned except for an administration fee of $500 per entry for Parade entries that are cancelled before May 31, 2025
*NO REFUNDS after May 31, 2025. Late Registration may not be included in all advertisements.
I agree that if my entry in the Parade of Homes is sold before the Parade, I will still make it available for showing in the Parade.
I certify that this is a new home and has NOT been lived in. I understand the penalty is disqualification and forfeit of fees if not compliant as a new home.
